Three Pillars of CO Goaltending

At CO Goaltending, we believe that great goaltending is about more than just making saves. We focus on three "pillars" that we believe are essential for success: respect, fun, and hard work.

Our coaching philosophy focuses not only on helping goalies develop their on-ice abilities, but also on building their confidence, character, and leadership skills.

At CO Goaltending, we are committed to helping our goalies become the best possible versions of themselves, both on and off the ice. Join us for a training experience that will not only help you or your child become a better goalie, but also a better person.

Respect

We believe that learning cannot take place without respect - both for coaches and their instruction, as well as for fellow goalies at all stages of the learning process. Respecting yourself and others is an integral part of CO Goaltending.

Fun

Hockey is a game meant to be enjoyed. Fun is an essential element of learning and loving the game. We prioritize creating a fun environment while working hard and learning, ensuring that every goalie has an enjoyable experience on and off the ice.

Hard Work

Hard work is essential to achieving our goals. Our coaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of focused and intentional hard work to achieve success. While some drills and sessions may not be considered "fun," we prioritize executing them well because we understand that hard work is where true improvement lies.
